I bought one and it works ok but its cheesy quality…then I saw what TouchTec offers with its pen and stylus — much better value, better quality.

Love this Stylus. Its a great edition for my ipad. Makes it so much easier to type

on my ipad now. I am buying several more to give as gifts to some of my associates at work.

I have tried three others (including the Pogo) and the Boxwave is simply the best stylus I’ve experienced for the iPad. I am using it for note taking and general app use/navigation. I do not use a screen protector so I can’t comment about its performance there. The tip is perfect. Soft rubber but just hard enough that it doesn’t drag at all on the screen. Its precise and responsive. The clip is study and it comes in a fair assortment of colors. My only complaint is the price is a little high for something so simple but after having paid for 3 others only to be disappointed, the 20 bucks is well worth it!

After the clip broke off the Pogo stylus I had for my iPod Touch and then my iPad, I went looking for a stylus with a little more quality. While the Boxwave is certain better made in terms of the clip, which is metal instead of plastic, the real difference is in the tip. It is a sort of firm, rubbery material that has a much better feel on the surface of the iPad over the mushy inexact tip of the Pogo. Drawing is much easier with the Boxwave. The Boxwave tip does leave smudges where the cloth tip of the Pogo doesn’t. One complaint is the short length of the stylus but on the plus side it has a tether that can be attached to the headphone jack of the iPad. Once they make one that is closer to the length of a pen, it should warrant a five star rating.

Apple missed the boat when it came to supplying a stylus with the Ipad but BoxWave stepped up to the plate and designed a very good product that works just great!
